METTLE UPDATE --- TEMPORARY CHANGES

Below is a copy of an email I sent with all the essential information...

Dear all,

After putting feelers out about Mettle this term and from feedback this is whats happening:

Starting next Tuesday (19th Jan) Mettle and Fram High Gospel Choir are doing Youth Alpha as a Mettle road trip this term- if that makes sense.

There will be a free meal so no need to worry about what time to eat dinner, and Mettle leaders will provide lifts in to the city and drop you off back home (providing you dont live in Long Stratton!). It is on a different night and nice and early, so this will replace normal Mettle untill further notice, we are aware of how busy you all are.

Time: Tuesdays fortnightly leaving outside _Fram High School Gates at 4:30pm_ (Event: 5- 6:30pm). We will aim to drop you back home for 7pm

Venue: (In case you want to make your own way there) The King's Centre, King Street, Norwich, NR1 1PH

Dates for your diary: 19th Jan, 2nd Feb, 16th Feb, 2nd Mar, 16th Mar & 30th Mar

Youth Alpha went really well last year and the young people loved it so much they asked us to continue it so we created a sequel called Beta Max, but its now time for another Youth Alpha. Typically we will eat, hang out and chat about the life of Jesus and explore why christians believe what they do, but we do it in a youth friendly way with lots of visuals and interactivity. All faiths welcome the more opinions the richer the discussion!

If you would like a lift and havnt said already please let us know so we can make sure we can provide enough spaces in leader's cars.
